The Life and Times
It is a blog and a look into my life as a full-time wife, mom, and photography business owner. Things get hectic when your needed by and committed to your husband your child and your business. Something I never would have fully understood until I was put in this position. Something I probably would have said suck it up and deal with it before I knew what I was really talking about.
And it all made sence when My son Wylan Raef came into the world and brought on a whole new take on things. I never knew how much of a work aholic I was. Or that I even cared that I was a work aholic. When you love what you do you don’t view it as work.
You will get to know I am not much of a writer. Not much of a speller even. Or that I can even construct a great sentence. But Hey. I’ve got bigger things to worry about then my grammar, and spelling on a blog. Punctuation will be placed all over the board. ha. I’m not kidding.
Aside from these things, I love life. The Glass is always full. And suck it up and get over it. If you can’t move on in life you will go in circles.
I have a great family that surrounds me. The extended part of me is My Husband Brandon I don’t know anyone else better than him, he is a great husband, friend, and everything else. No one else would be able to keep me sane like he does. My Son Wylan Raef, without him I never would have known what unconditional love really is. and Jaws, my Argentine Dogo Guard Dog. His name says it all. Jaws is everything I wanted in our family dog.
And my clients/friends. I have the BEST!
I am going to start this blog as I started 2010. So blog posts will be of my work and things I remember as the year went on Starting in January 2010.
As far as my photography goes. I am a New Jersey, Central Jersey to be exact, based Photographer. Mainly . . . Every where really. You hear people say sometimes they love what they do. Well your going to hear it again. I LOVE WHAT I DO! Partly because I do it my way, and I have the best clients. If you’re a Bride looking for a wedding photographer and you’re looking for the kind of photos where the groomsmen are holding you up. That ain’t me. I won’t even consider the notion to do a photograph like that. If you’re looking for photos that you have seen on my website or albums to be duplicated at your wedding. This ain’t me either. Why would you want the same photos just with different people? So I am just saying I am not your typical photographer. I shoot with a more couture, sexy, photojournalistic, intimate approach to weddings. I have fun and keep it intimate. I will design your album for you with out you choosing the photos. TRUST ME your album is going to be 10 times more exciting this way. (you have the option to make changes of course). I take personal attention to each image I photograph and edit. This is why I will strictly book a limited number of weddings a year. So that your photos get the attention I’d want My wedding photos to have instead of a quick look through and moving on to the next. Each wedding means something to me. I have a few venues I especially love to work at And I will name them soon. And I have a few venues I will not work at. But all in all I am a New Jersey Wedding & Portrait Photographer. Photographer to Long Branch, Rumson, Red Bank, SeaGirt, Manasquan, Brielle, Spring Lake, Manhattan, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Barbados, Italy, Spain, Deal, Allenhurst, Asbury Park, And All the awesome Punk Rock Couture Wedding Locations around the world. Consider me the ninja of the night. Capturing all that’s Epic.
If you are a portrait client looking for awesome portraits, punk rock bridal sessions & Fashion photos. That’d be me. But keep in mind I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO FAMILY PORTRAITS. Honestly I am just not good at them unless they are in a wedding setting. Weird right? I know.
